Dewayne R. Thomas, CSI CCPR, Principal at Eco Spec, Inc.

Dewayne is a native of Savannah Georgia.  He earned a Bachelor’s of Construction from Southern Polytechnic State University in Marietta Georgia in 1995 (now Kennesaw State University). He has amassed 20 years of experience in technical sales, and is certified by the Construction Specifications Institute as a Certified Construction Product Representative. His focus has been in ecologically sustainable products, specifically centered around Concrete Enhancement Technology, Rain Screen Exterior Wall Assemblies, and Energy Efficient Roofing Systems.

Ross Medlin, Operations Manager- Barrier One, Inc.

Born and Raised in Charlotte, NC to a family of subdivision developers. Ross learned the ropes of construction early in life. Upon Graduating from high school, Ross enlisted in the Marines serving one decorated tour in Iraq and another deployment to the Republic of Georgia achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant before getting out after nine and a half years. During his time in the Marine Reserves he Graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Upon graduation, he worked a short stint as a Logistics Executive for a high volume Super Target store in South Charlotte. After 5 years, he decided to return to his roots and joined Barrier One to work his way up from Sales to Operations Manager. His focused efforts are in formulation development and innovation in other areas of concrete technology.

The Georgia Chapter ACI hosts monthly luncheon meetings throughout the year. Luncheons are an opportunity to network with your peers, earn Professional Development Hours and further your industry knowledge.
