Frequently Asked Questions 

COVID-19: 

ACI Certification Activity has slowed in recent months; the crowds are smaller and close personal contact can be more easily managed on a case by case basis.  For these reasons we are leaving the current schedule of exam review workshops and exam sessions as scheduled.  We ask that each individual asses their current certification needs, taking their personal health, risk and safety into consideration when scheduling any certification activity.  If any individual needs to adjust, reschedule or cancel an exam please contact our Certification Committee Chairman; Wayne Wilson ([email protected]com) and he can help you make any schedule changes.

Shipping and Refund Policies:

ACI Georgia ships workbooks for certifications.  There is no charge for shipping.

If you are looking for your workbook that you have recently ordered please note that if you are also registered for a workshop, you will recieve your workbook then. If you have ordered a workbook and are registered for an Exam only, we will ship your workbook once we recieve the order.

Notice of cancellation for certifications much be received 5 days prior to the workshop or exam date,  NOTE: Failure to show will result in a $100 fee. For all cancellations and to prevent any problems, please contact Wayne Wilson at 770-789-3254. 

Refunds are available depending on the situation.  Please contact us to request a refund.

Status of Exam Results: 

Exam results will be available 6-8 weeks after exam. You will recieve an email, followed by a letter. While ACI GA Chapter administers exams, we do not score them or distribute results. This is handled by ACI International. Please contact them with any questions (Concrete.org) 

Trouble with Registration: 

Please note that due to our site's settings, you may only submit one registration per credit card per day. For example, if you are trying to register for two seperate exams in one day and try to use the same credit card for both, our system will decline.
